During the secondment at DIR in September 2021 in Kaunas, a T5.4c workshop was held, where the theoretical and practical aspects of building a business plan, risk analysis as well as a plan of expenses and costs, during the implementation of projects and running a business, were presented. Further secondments begin, in which the main task is to assemble our extruder. The host institution is Dirmeta from Kaunas in Lithuania, while Secondees are 8 representatives from LUT, 6 participants from UMI and 3 members from LUT. The secondments goal is the implementation of task T3.4 of WP3.
